Student Finance for family member of EU worker (pre-settled status)

Hi there

I'm currently applying for student finance. I have lived in England for 3 years with pre-settled status.

My father (an EU national) has also lived in England for 3 years and has pre-settled status, and works here. I believe that may mean that I can apply for a maintenance loan as well as a tuition fee loan, as I'm a family member of an EU worker?

We immigrated to the UK as a family for a permanent move (immigration) to the UK and of course, that includes him working here so I assume he's classed as an EU worker?

Am I able to apply for a maintenance loan as the family member of an EU worker?
