Loan amount not based on CYI
Hi, I uploaded a pff2 form and a CYI assessment, which was uploaded as supporting evidence. I've just had my application approved and my maintenance loan amount seems be based on the pff2 not the CYI, I'm not sure what to do about this as if it is not based on the CYI assessment I wont be able to afford uni.

Hi there, We can check on your assessment and progress of the CYI request, please contact us direct. You can do this by signing into your student finance account and accessing our live chat service where an advisor will be able to assist further. The service is available between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Thanks, Angela
