Second degree

Hi,
I am needing to study a second degree. I have a foundation degree from my early twenties in music production.
I have been diagnosed with Kienbock’s disease. Which is the dying of the lunate bone in my hand. I want to re train and study this visual effects corse. This disease is life changing and is leaving me unable to use my hand for any manual work. Is there any way that I would get full funding due to my illness? Thank you.
