when will i get my UVKI decision letter

Hi. I received my visa decision through email but i didnt got send a decision letter or any information about colecting my Biometric Residence permit. I made the application online and used the app to identify myself so i was wondering if this is only for people that applied in person or i am suppose to get a decision letter as well
