Boyfriend at University
Hii this is my first post here and it's so embarrassing but ..
I just started at university, and I really want to get a boyfriend this year but I feel like it's not going to happen - I'm really nervous about making friends and I think that even if I did meet a boy I liked he probably wouldn't like me back. I'm 19 and I just feel like I'm getting left behind and I don't want to be alone forever omgg
Is there anyone here who feels the same way ik I sound really desperate but maybe if there is a boy at univ in a similar situation? Tyyy

I am often genuinely surprised to read posts of young women talking about their struggles of finding a lad. In theory, it should be easy for you.
I would suggest that you be social and attend events. If you are sporty, join your clubs. If not, you can join as a beginner, maybe netball or hockey. You can also look at other uni clubs or societies.

Hit the dating apps, specifically those for university students.
Or attend the fresher events / socials within societies to meet more people.
If the music isn't for you, go to music events that you enjoy in the nearest city, or get a group of friends to go with you.
Hearing that there's single girls out there struggling to find boyfriends is a rarity, but as others have said, it should be easy for you.
