if you have experience, please help i have to deal with problems
Hi,
From experience, when I make 'goals' they initially tend to be very broad and surface level which doesn't help when I'm trying to break them down into more manageable, realistic chunks. It's very important that you be concise and specific with your goal, e.g instead of "I want to revise biology", it should be "I would like to cover DNA transcription and translation this afternoon." Making them time-specific also helps you stay on track and motivated to continue handling what ever task it is you have on hand.
I hope you manage the problems you are dealt with ease, please remember to celebrate your milestones and reward yourself (no matter how small).
