Should I call work and say I'm Sick?

I've been having whooping cough which I've got video evidence

I've also vomited now.

I know many many guys who are on sick leave for months. Requiring a medical note.

I honestly don't think I can physically do the job and I'm sick

The thing is I've got a course on Thursday which I need to go to and they'll give me a full time contract

I could have a rest day and still make it
Whooping cough is a specific and serious illness - have you been to a doctor? Or do you just mean that you have a chesty cough?

What does your contract say about sick leave?
It's two days after this op

I still have coughs, sore throat coughs.

If you have actual whooping cough, it is highly contagious and you may need antibiotics to stop it spreading to others.
