Does you referee have to put pending for the practical aspect?

I am resitting a levels privately this year at my old sixth form and last year I passed the practical side of physics and biology so when my referee (my old head of sixth form ) inserts the predicted grades can he just put a pass for the practical since I am not resitting the cpacs I will transfer the pass from last year to this year.

Did you list your completed A level results from last year including the practical component?

If so then there would be no need to list the practical component as pending or requiring a predicted grade
