indefinite leave to remain

I am doing pharmacy foundation degree my visa situation is changed now to the leave to remain and my indefinite come in about 3 months. I already paid 10000 of my tuition fee because at the first of the year I was not home student. I just want to know can I apply for student loan now or when I received indefinite leave to remain.
