What would SFE do about me ending my course early? What are the financial implications/consequences ofthe following situation:

Academic regulations state that I am unable to continue studying past 8 years of enrollment. Exceeding the 8 year mark will automatically get me kicked off the course. What would SFE expect of me me being unable to complete my degree in this situation?

Another sisutation:

I am on level 5, and once I complete this level I would like to terminate my course with an equivalent of HND. What will happen about student loan repayments?

Will I have to pay back everything as a penalty or pay back the normal rate of 9% above threshold as a graduate?
