Second STEM degree funding

Can I get student tuition and a maintenance loan if I choose psychology as a second degree subject? It is classified as a STEM subject-but can this only be funded if part time ?

Psychology is one of the Part Time exception courses which we can offer Maintenance Loan and Tuition Fee for if you're looking to do another degree. Thanks, Ross
