I am reaching out to inquire about my eligibility for tuition fees for the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) . I recently acquired British citizenship
However , my Bachelor's degree and my master’s degree are from 2 well renowned universities in the Middle East.

Hi Rana,
PGCE ITT is one of our exception courses so we don't take previous study into account, as long as you don't already hold Qualified Teacher Status.(QTS). When are you looking to start this course?
