Hello,

From what I previous discovered, student finance is not yet opened, does this mean that we cannot create an account via gof.uk yet or does this mean something else?

Applications for 2018/19 are not yet open, but you can still create a Student Finance account online. Once the applications for 2018/19 are open you can apply through your online account at the below link.
