Second degree (STEM subject) maintenance loan for distant learning

I want to apply for a second degree (in STEM) UCAS course code C801. The course study mode is distance learning. This study mode will work for me as I am a mature student with a daughter in primary school. STF already confirmed the course is eligible for second-degree funding however, I would like to know if this would cover more than just the uni tuition fees? Can I make an application for a maintenance loan etc....

Distance Learning students can be assessed for a Maintenance Loan if they have a disability which prevents them from attending a campus based course and they can provide evidence of this. Apart from this distance learning students can apply for Tuition Fee Loan only.
