Has anybody else faced my problem,?

I have been accepted onto the P and O course at Strathclyde and it will be my second degree.

,but as I am an English Student and it is in scotland this means I cannot apply for SAAS student loans,
and the university is not listed under the NHS Bursaries,
and I will only receive 2 years worth of tuition fees,
and no help at all from SFE as this is my second degree!?

Is this actually true? is anybody else facing this dilemna??

Please help, I am pulling my hair out ?
