New flatmates - HELP
I've moved into my new flat for uni and the others are getting on so well and then there's me and I feel so left out and homesick what do I do? Please help

My advice? While it's early days - throw yourself head first into everything. Push your home sickness aside because this is a once in a lifetime experience. It's much harder to try and forge relationships in a flat if everyone else gets along after a term (for example). So involve yourself, don't isolate yourself (as tempting as it is) and before you know it - it should all work out! Good luck

I have exchanged numbers and snapchat with two of the girls & I went out with one for drinks but there's two that think it's there territory still because they have been here over summer. Anyway I have spoke to them all so that is a great start isn't it and one girl said we have all year to go out. But I am planning on going home on Friday to help my family issues, does it matter if my flatmates know or not?
