Hi GeorgiaX98,

It would depend on the status of your application. It also depends on whether the course has started and if we've had confirmation of your registration/attendance.

Is your application fully approved? if it is, has the university/college sent confirmation of your registration/attendance?

If it's not yet approved is there something still left for you to send in?

My course has started and my uni sent confirmation of my attendance and change of course

Hi GeorgiaX98,

If the course has started then it will be the change of course information sent by the university that we need to use. It's currently 26 working days to process a change send by the university.
