Hi everyone. I really want to get on a masters course at Leiden university ( Parenting and child development). I have a bachelor's degree in tourism and hospitality which unfortunately its obviously not in the same area I want to get into now so I'm trying to find another way that will get me accepted for that course . There's an online American university (University of the people) which is tuition free but you pay for the exam after each course. It's a masters in education and I think it will really help me but I'm not sure it's accredited so I'm worried it would be a waste of money. On they're website it says 'The program does not lead to certification – but certification is not necessary for many careers in education. Many independent and parochial schools in the US will hire a master’s level teacher who does not have state/national licensure or certification.'My question is do you think it's a good idea and has anyone studied in that university by any chance ?
