My problem is court using my mum freedom pass

Hello, I would like to find out yesterday. I had a problem. I got caught using my mum Freedom Pass with my picture on her picture and they told me that they going to check the journeys and then I'm waiting for a letter from tfl .That's what they told me.

Well you haven't asked any question or told us what you want to find out?

I can only assume you need to wait for the letter from TFL to know what specific accusations if any they are making.

My understanding is that they will most likely either issue a penalty fine or the matter will be referred to court. They are probably looking into it now to decide which course of action is most suitable.
