SFE Help

I've applied to SFE set up all the details and received an offer.

i then changed course and now they want a PFF2 form from me.

they said that financial details were incomplete, however my sponsors chose to refuse financial details.

can i just ignore this email requesting a PFF2 form? it states all my actions are complete on my profile. however when one of my sponsors went onto their account they saw that my application had simply disappeared, but there unable to search to support it again.
