Feeling low at work

These past few days at work I've been feeling very low.

I've not really spoken much with my colleagues when we go for lunch and even just working.

I've become a lot more shy and reserved

I feel like a failure, I should be happy.

I also do feel exhausted and really could do with a break.

My only concern I have is that I don't want my colleagues to think I'm being rude or to think I'm a cold person.

I've not told my manager about my mental health, because of my work environment- everyone will start to know about my issues and I'm a private person.

Any advice?
Why don't you book a few days off?
