Fee Status - EU National with Pre-Settled Status

Hi,

I am an EU national with a pre-settled status and currently got accepted into a part-time postgraduate course (MSt). According to UKCISA, I should be actually eligible for home fee status but my institution has categorised me as an oversea student.

I was wondering if there is any difference between full-time and part-time courses when it comes to the rules applied to the fee status. Also, the UKCISA guide indicates that I need to undertake the course in the UK. Does that mean I need to be resident in the UK and/or the institution needs to be in the UK?
I would appreciate any help or advice.

Thank you very much in advance.

SFE don’t determine fee status.

Have you provided your university with proof of presettled status, a copy of your passport and your residence history? Without evidence then they won’t be able to update your fee status.
