Hi there,
I've applied through UCAS extra and offered to send a new PS to my Uni, this is because I've changed the course I'm doing.
Should I explain why I've changed course in there, or just write it as if I was applying normally?

Wait to see whether the university asks for a new PS. Many wont.
If they ask for a new one, just write it normally.
explaining WHY you want to study the new course is enough. You don't need to waste space on why you no longer want to study your original choice
