Please help with student finance
I sent my passport to student finance in May and I received it back 6 weeks ago. I received an email telling me to submit my application and that they cannot progress until I submit but I have no idea how to do this.
When I log in to my account, it says the identity evidence section is incomplete so I can't submit my application. I'm so confused. How do I submit if I can't complete identity evidence??

Hi there,
Can you try cancelling your application and then re-applying? This should allow you to then complete your application, so let us know if that works.
