Will SFE fund my top up year?

I have completed a graphic design course and finished with a BA. I used my 3 years + Gift Year.

If I were to do a top up degree (1 year full time or 2 years part time), Would i be able to access any funding for this.

I had really bad anxiety at the time, hence me using a “gift year” and still not coming out with an Honours degree!

If you already hold a degree, you wouldn't be funded for a top year.
