My application disappeared, I have no idea what happened. Is it just me or has somebody experienced this too? I woke up this morning and tried to check the progress of my application it just shows ( you can view applications for student finance you made before 2018).

Hi there,
Can you try clearing your cache/history then trying this again on Google Chrome on your Pc/Laptop? Can you also check your inbox to see if we have sent you any recent correspondence?
