I am confused by this email since I did mention the university and the year I start the course.

I'm going to start the undergraduate Biomedicine course at Birkbeck this October.
I mentioned the university and pressed 'year 1'.

Hi there,

It seems that you haven't fully submitted your application, you would need to click on the application to finalise the final part of the application. It will ask you to re-enter your password to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions.

Sorry I know you just told me what to do but where do I do this.Im not sure what to click on.

I haven't had an update within the dates specified (15th-20th) and I don't know when one is expected.

I have been calling but I haven't been able to get an actual person.
