Any tips on getting better sleep?

I am 16 year old girl and I really struggle falling asleep. For years I would sleep at like 4am even in school days and now I feel like I manage that better as I now try to sleep at around 11pm-12am, but I still find myself lying there for hours. I’ve tried all of the typical things like having a hot bath, reading, not going on your phone. It’s beginning to frustrate me, can anyone help?
I am doing a lot of exhausting sports. That works most of the time.
Do not drink coffee would be a good start. Exercise may also help.

And not to drink too many glasses of water short before bedtime. The more glasses, the more frequent the run to the toilet in the night.
