I am an international student that has already registered for a UCAS account in the previous year. However, I am unable to reapply for colleges due to me not being able to apply independently. What do I do?
When you say "not being able to apply independently", what do you mean? UCAS Hub should let you start a new app this cycle without your centre's buzzword.
