Hi there,

What evidence is it that has been requested twice? Is it your contract? If it was rejected it would state the reason as to why on the email. Thanks, Ross

Thanks for confirming. Does your contract confirm all the information that we require? It should confirm:

Your Start date

How many hours a week you work (0 hour contracts are acceptable)

Must be signed and dated by yourself/company

Show your rate of pay

Contract type

Thanks, Ross

Dear Mr Tinchev

Further action required how to keep your funding as a migrant worker

Thank you for sending some evidence of your continued employment, but you
haven’t provided everything we need.

We can’t accept the contract you provided because it doesn’t confirm your
contracted hours.

What you need to do
Send the following evidence as soon as possible:

A copy of your contract of employment signed and dated by
your manager or HR confirming all the following:
Start date, If the employment is permanent, temporary or fixed term, The
number of contracted hours(zero hour contracts are acceptable) and Annual
or hourly wage.
If your contract doesn't cover all the above, you need to send a signed and
dated letter from your manager or HR confirming the missing information.
This letter must be on company headed paper.

A cover letter confirming the date your self employment ended

A copy of your final invoice and corresponding bank statements from
when your self employment ended

A copy of your next payslip received after 19/01/2024
