I was told that I would receive my maintenance loan today but I still haven’t received it

My course started in September. I only recently applied for maintenance loan. I was expecting it today but now the date has moved to tomorrow. I am already registered and everything but it says that they are waiting for university confirmation despite simultaneously paying the Tution fee.

Hi there,

If the Maintenance Loan payment shows awaiting confirmation this means we're waiting on the university confirming your registration to us. We would advise to contact them to ask when they will do this. Once we receive this, payment would then normally be 3-5 working days to reach your account.
