SFE saying I haven’t submitted evidence - what to do?

I submitted my student finance about a week ago and spelt my mums name wrong, we sent off AND uploaded a PFF2, I have just had an email saying we have not provided evidence still. Is this because the PFF2 has not yet been reviewed or because it has been done wrong?

Hi Anna. The request for this form would remain on the account until the PFF2 is reviewed. When did you submit this form? Thanks, David
