changes in application

Hi,

i am applying for finance in the second year of my degree. On my application in the early stages i clicked that both parents would be finance providers and saved it. However it is only one who will be and now i can't see this page anywhere (thought it would be in the 'about you' section) to go back and change it. I can not proceed as it requires me to specify whether i my other parent will provide the information at the same time or after i have finished my application when they don't have to give the information at all

Hi Alex,

Choose for the other parent to give details in a separate session as this will allow you to progress with the rest of your application and importantly will allow you to submit it.

Once it's been submitted speak with one of our advisers on 0845 300 5090 to let them know about this and they will remove the second parent for you.
