Unable to start an application for 13/14
Hi,
I'm trying to make my application for student finance for next year (which will be my 3rd year at uni). When I try and do this, it tells me I can't start a new application because my application from a previous academic year is still being processed... I don't understand this as I have recieving my money without a problem this year so I'm guessing everything went through okay... any ideas?

Hi JFT,
There are a number of different reasons as to why this is the case.
Do you currently receive a maintenance on a current year income basis?

Yes my loan is currently based on household income.
