Can pre-*** pass through 4 layers of clothes ?

This is a honest question. I know it sounds very dumb but I’m tryna get educated. Also if the clothes were wet and there was only pre ***, could that be risk. Again I’m just trying to get educated

I’m more concerned that one persistent poster likes talking about ejaculate.
