How to upload CYI form

How can I upload my CYI form when it says that there's nothing left I have to do in support of my son's student loan? There's a link saying upload forms, but it says it is for extra info requested by SFE, which it isn't. Thanks

You can upload the form there, don't worry: it will then be reviewed by the assessors.

We're currently processing these forms in 8 working days.
