Hi, perhaps you could help me. Sorry for asking so many questions

I watched the video where it shows me how to upload supporting evidence. But it is not letting me and they're suggesting me to upload it via post, but there are a lot of papers to print and I don't think I can do that.

is there another way to send it, perhaps under another section which says to upload but only if they asked for it.

Pls get back to me if anything is not clear

Hi there, If the upload function is not allowing you to upload documents we would advise to print and send via post to avoid further delays. Thanks, Angela

I got it to upload. Putting in the wrong income details was an accident. Is completing the pff2 form enough or do I need to call to let them know the mismatch in income details. Thanks for your help

Hi there, The PFF2 form will be sufficient for us to be able to correct the income. Did you make a not on the form of the reason you had uploaded it? Thanks, Angela

does it also need to be uploaded in my dad's account? Only done it on mine, but parents explained the issue in the notes

Hi there, It can be uploaded via either account. Thanks, Angela

@Ross SLC Hi my parents made a mistake in the application form regarding being sponsors. This means I can't create an account under my mom's name. so do I complete PFF2 or Current Year Income Assessment Form or both. Let me know. thanks!

Hi there,

It's just the PFF2 form that we need. It's this form here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/65afcca870218e000cb41f9a/sfe_pff2_form_2425_o.pdf

It doesn't need to be signed or dated, so feel free to upload it online. We're currently processing these forms in 19 working days.

Thanks, Graeme

Thanks for your reply. But for the income details it says those that HMRC doesn't know about but we uploaded the evidence in the evidence section along with PFF2. is this okay or will it be disregarded

That's all okay, yes - we'll get your parents' income directly from HMRC.

Providing evidence does no harm, don't worry.

Thanks, Graeme

there's another problem. my mother is sponsor 2 and dad is sponsor 1 but it says awaiting sponsor 2's details. the problem is that my mom cannot create an account and this has happened before. But the PFF2 is different this time and so I didn't say this issue in the 'additional' information box.

Should I resend PFF2 and mention the problem? Thank you

Hi there, if she's done the PFF2 for this year then we don't need this sent again. Thanks, Jason
