maintenance loan and benefits
So my dad receives child tax credit and working tax credit, does that effect my household income, or are they viewed separately, my dads income alone qualifies me for maximum loan but with the benefits i don't get the maximum?

Both of these are non taxable benefits so these don't need to be declared and don't affect the entitlement you receive. Thanks, Jason
