Dental hygiene and therapy second degree funding

Hi, SFE can you please clarify, that a GDC registered Dental Nurse with a degree in an unrelated field can get funding for a dental hygiene and therapy degree/diploma? Also, can I apply for the £5k learning support fund that the government are introducing in September 2020 for allied health Professionals (or are there any other burseries/maintenance loans available for me).
Many thanks. Hayley.
