Can't submit application

When I go to submit my application I get the following error message.

Unfortunately there has been a problem with your application, please use the 'Continue' button to return to your previous page to check the data that you have entered and try again. If this problem persists then please log out and try again later.


I have gone through and checked all the data, but for the past few days I had always had this error message come up whenever I press submit.

I had just been on the phone with an advise who told me to use the paper form.
Looking at the paper form I then remembered that the websites doesn't have an nationality listed for me online. So could this be the problem with submitting my application? However I cannot change this on the website.
