Tuition fees loan for a foundation degree

Hello!

I have been living in England for almost 2 years (coming from the eu) and I was wondering if I could get a tuition fees loan to do foundation degree in 2017. The thing is that I hold a bachelor (hons) degree. Would I still be eligible for the student loan?

What subject is the foundation degree in? At the moment you won't be able to get a loan because you already have a degree. The Government has announced plans to relax ELQ rules and let degree-holders take out loans for a second degree if they want to study Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths - but that may not happen for a year or two.
