SFE paid me maintenance loan even when I cancelled.

Hi,

I don't know what to do. I had applied for SFE tuition fee and maintenance fee in may and was approved in august. I then found out in September that I had been awarded a full scholarship. I then changed my application to 0 tuition fees and 0 maintenance fees and received verification that I would not receive a loan.

This morning, I woke up with my first term's maintenance loan that I clearly cancelled. I want to refund SFE their money but I don't even know if that is possible. I have proof that my application is cancelled, and I do not want a loan.

very stressed about this. what do I do. what can be done?

You can pay this straight back to us by contacting our repayments team. Can you confirm when you sent the Loan Request form to change your Maintenance Loan entitlement?
