I forgot to include the Certifier Checklist

Hello everybody,

I have recently sent my SFE application by post and later realized that I had not attached the Certifier Checklist to the certified copy of my passport. The name of the lawyer, her work address and another details are all in the copy.

Is it a problem if I forgot to include the Certifier Checklist?

Hi htran99,

If your certified evidence has all the details we require we won't need the Certified Checklist.
We will let you know once we process what you have sent us and if we say we require your evidence you will need to send it again with the Certifier Checklist.
