Divorced parents?
My parents are divorced but I live with both (slightly more with my dad). My dad makes well under the £25,000 limit but Mum makes more, so am I able to get a maintenance grant? Thanks
Technically you should put down the income of who you spend most time with (in this case your dad).

For the purposes of your student finance application, we would ask you declare which parent you live with the majority of the time.
This parent would be asked to declare their income to support your application for a Maintenance Grant. If they live with a partner, their partner would also need to declare their income if you wish to apply for means-tested funding.
